October Department Board Meeting

At the October Departmental Board meeting held by the Department of Educational Measurement and Evaluation, the ongoing educational and instructional activities within the Department were reviewed, and the opinions and suggestions of the Board members were duly considered. In line with the evaluations made, the current status of the educational and instructional processes was examined, with particular emphasis placed on the following matters: conducting courses in accordance with the planned academic calendar and in a regular manner; keeping course information packages up to date; updating course contents and relevant academic information when necessary; ensuring that additional course-hour entries are completed accurately, fully, and on time; preparing examination documents, examination assessment forms, answer keys, and course attendance sheets in full and submitting them within the prescribed periods; regularly monitoring examination documents and course attendance sheets; and completing all relevant academic and administrative procedures in a timely manner.

In this regard, the Board reached a consensus that the faculty members serving in the Department should demonstrate the necessary diligence in all aforementioned processes, ensure that the relevant documents and records are prepared completely and submitted within the prescribed timeframes, and contribute to ensuring that educational and instructional activities are conducted effectively, systematically, and in compliance with the applicable legislation and regulations.
